A selection of resort projects where we set up and transitioned Watersports, Scuba Diving, and Excursions operations across the Maldives—some delivered during high-occupancy handovers, others during new resort openings.

Kagi Maldives Resort and Spa
Delivered a full transition plan and launched the Dive, Watersports, and Excursions setup on 1 December 2025. Equipment was delivered in the final days of November. Setup completed without interrupting guest services.

Kuda Villingili
Led the transition setup on 7 April 2024, coordinating an 8-person team to ensure a smooth handover from the previous operator during ~80% resort occupancy.

- $30,000 revenue in the first 10 days (early performance after launch)

Jawakara Maldives
Led the planning, layout, and launch setup of a modern watersports center designed as an offshore sailing destination with a strong product mix and service flow.

- Premium positioning through activity design and delivery standards
Madifushi Private Island
Set up a premium diving and watersports hub built around safety systems and consistent guest delivery standards from opening phase.

Multi-Resort Watersports Transition Program
Led a team of 20 professionals to execute transition setups across multiple resorts—aligning standards, training rhythm, and sales process foundations.

Halcyon Maldives Meradhoo
Formerly Raffles Maldives Meradhoo (now Halcyon Maldives Meradhoo).
Established a premium diving and watersports launch framework after lockdown, aligned to luxury guest expectations and reopening operational realities.
