Travel Services

Esoteric Travel and Tours arranges travel-related services including accommodation, transfers, excursions, diving, watersports, fishing, boat charters and other travel experiences provided either directly or through third-party service providers.

Quotations and Availability

All quotations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Prices, room categories, transfer arrangements and other services are not guaranteed until the required payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after Esoteric Travel and Tours has received the required payment and issued a written booking confirmation.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or booking confirmation, a 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the payment deadline stated in the booking confirmation.

Payments are accepted in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Supplier Terms

Hotels, resorts, airlines, transfer operators, activity providers and other third-party suppliers may apply their own booking, amendment, cancellation and refund conditions.

Where supplier-specific conditions have been disclosed to the customer in the quotation or booking confirmation, those conditions will apply to the relevant service.

Changes Requested by the Customer

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may result in additional charges or supplier amendment fees.

Travel Documents and Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports, visas, permits and any other documents required for travel.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate passenger information and complying with the rules and requirements of hotels, airlines, transfer operators and activity providers.

Changes Beyond Our Control

Travel arrangements may be affected by weather, transport disruption, government action, safety considerations or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Esoteric Travel and Tours.

Where this occurs, we will assist in arranging reasonable alternatives where possible, subject to supplier availability and conditions.

Third-Party Services

Where services are provided by third-party suppliers, Esoteric Travel and Tours acts as the booking and coordinating agent between the customer and the relevant supplier, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy together with any supplier-specific conditions disclosed at the time of booking.

Transaction Records

Customers are advised to retain a copy of their booking confirmation, payment receipt, these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy for their records.
